Zara's Kitchen opened in Riyadh in 2006, built on recipes that Zara's grandmother carried from her village in the Bekaa Valley. The menu has barely changed since — because why would it?
Every dish is prepared to order. We don't pre-cook, we don't use shortcuts, and we don't compromise on sourcing. Our bread is baked fresh twice a day. Our mezze is made every morning.
